Water coming in back window

Hi, I'm new here. Hoping somebody can help. I used the rear washer today and water was dripping inside the back window. I'm fairly sure it hasn't happened in rain, just when I use the washer. Any idea what the problem could be?

Also I have lost one of the parcel shelf clips. Can you buy replacements?

Parcel shelf clips yes you can buy, in regards to the water, unfortunately I cant help as iv had no prolems thus far with mine, hope you sort it soon.
