Mind you, my wife wouldnt make much noise in the boot - not with her hands/legs bound and a rag stuffed in her mouth.....

I remember very well from the Qashqai Club that there was a huge issue with the rear shock bushes splitting causing a knocking noise from the rear.

They got that problem sorted though might be best to ask dealer to check.

I have a scraching sound from the front taking the speedbumpers
and no its not the bumper.
Tehy QQ guys say it prob the rubbers from the front supsnesion, due to the cold the make noise
