P0471 Fault code not clearing

Inhabe a P1453 fault which indicates DFF sensor, before I look into that I used some JLM Diesel Extreme Clean 1000ml which is brilliant as I can feel the system is clean. I tried a regen on numerous occasions but a last the fault hasn't cleared. Next step for me is to remove the DPF sensor for inspection. Whats the easiest way to access this sensor as its buried at the back of the engine? I've seen a couple of ways on YouTube, one being remove the wiper tray and two removing a lot of bits from the engine at the top.
