So we all have had Different experiences with our purchase, many have had absolutely no issues whats so ever but some have had after sales issues that have caused us some stress due to Nissan's lack of customer focus.
Its my opinion that Nissan clearly doesn't listen to the customer or act in the way it claims it will towards the customer. In my opinion there are far too many bad experiences with issues regarding problems with our cars and the subsequent repairs. I feel Nissan are going to lose a lot of repeat custom and as this is the owners club forum many prospective owners will see this site and maybe put off by Nissans lack of action

I have done this poll and hope that Nissan see it and see how badly customers feel let down and how poorly they are actually treating its customers

I welcome statements on the poll about experience but can we avoid conversations on each, just post your comment on service then lets get Nissan to see it and respond
