if nissan offered you a discounted upgrade to next trim level up from what you ordered, but it was opposite transmission or fuel type would you accept it,

ie diesel to petrol
auto to manual

or would you only accept it if it was free.

given my knowledge now i would swap from diesel to petrol as long as it had a cvt box as I think the 5 speed box isnt enough for the car
upgrade trim yes but not at full cost would want a discount
I would also like to know exactly why the dealer made me that offer.

might be a silly question to ask but anyway here goes:
if you did swap would you go back to your original choice of model when the shortages are sorted out knowing that the juke will hold its value?

Nope definitely would be petrol CVT for me or maybe even diesel CVT, now that's a thought. A small 4x4 diesel auto supercharged/turbo from Nissan --------- naahhh!!!!
They wouldn't be able to cope. Maybe ten years on!!!
Mind you VW did it in petrol and see nothing stopping them doing it in diesel. Food for thought.
