Fitted the Stillen Exhaust Tonight

First I removed the rear wheel

Then removed the nuts with a 14mm Socket

The removed the three rubber hangers from the car (I found a spray of lubricant helped)

When was the OEM exhaust was removed I then removed the Hangers and fitted them to the Stillen

Then loosely connected the stillen exhaust then put the hangers to the car, then tightened the nuts

Checked it was central

Refitted rear wheel and enjoyed.
Sounds really good, no horrible droan while idling, lovely purr when accelerating

Really happy with the sound ****, when you are sitting at the lights theres a nice little hum, followed by a nice rumble while accelerating Mmmmmm
I paid $240 and got it shipped for free from a mate in the states. Otherwise it would of been $260 to ship to the UK.
The new exit is nice. Plus it means might be the only one of the old type in the UK

Did you really have to take the rear wheel off or was that just to make it easyer?

You don't have to take the wheel off, just made it easier for access to the hangers

30mins to fit, which includes taking the back wheels off.

I note with interest that 'Rocks 703' has recently fitted a Stillen Exhaust, and I have been searching to find a performance exhaust system that adds a tad more fun and excitement to an already fine performer in the Dig-Turbo. I have visited the Stillen website and the claimed performance statistics make impressive reading. However, I have a question for 'Rocks 703'....... now that you have fitted this exhaust system have you noticed any palpable increase in throttle response,i.e acceleration apart from the exhaust note !Would you endorse the Stillen exhaust system? I am not aware of any UK based tuning specialists having developed an exhaust system let alone the software for an ECU remap presently for the Juke petrol turbo engine!.
