Hi, does anyone know if you can change the voice on the sat nav? She is already driving my husband mad (not that it matters - its my car not his!!)

Sadly no, we're stuck with her! don't worry though some clever people are looking into how to hack the system, hopefully won't take too long!

While we talking about sat nav. I know you can turn the brightness down on the screen but can you turn the nissan connect off at all? I know it sounds daft but a 10 minute commute to work tops and ONLY when it's busy ithardly seems necessary some times.

Apparently theyre a 2 second install if you have the file.

I subscribe to pocket gpsworld and get the speed camera database specifically for the Nissan Connect system from that - it's just a simple usb upload it to the car.

I also wish I could change the voice - I much prefer a male voice for my sat nav.Edited by: ginnym
