[Shockabilly]

I found this little plastic/nylon bit in the footwell of my wife's 2016 1.5DCi Juke, it's clearly come loose from somewhere but try as I might I'm struggling to work out where it's from or what it's function is..any ideas? Thanks in anticipation!
