As my Juke delivery is delayed through no fault of my own and my part exchange valuation was originally valid to the end of December. Does anyone know if the dealer will be sympathetic and not reduce my part ex price if the Juke doesn't arrive until the new year!

my dealer valued my car in October and said the px would stand even if the juke was delayed which it wasn't just ask them if they say no just point out the delay is there fault are they also going to try and charge you 20% vat cos its delayed to the new year lol

I saw it written on my documents somewhere that as long as the mileage wasnt over 10% of the AGREED mileage - they would honour the price...

Would be pretty mean to rescind from their agreement

Good luck though - perhaps someone "in the know" can put you right

I know I'm safe from the vat increase if I don't get my car until after January 4th because I ordered mid October and have been told the increase will be absorbed by Nissan.
Will ask the question about my part ex offer.

dont ask the question say something like" I presume my p/x offer is still being honoured in lieu of your in ability to deliver goods on time"
