I hope they don't go rushing into a new design. But rest assured, they are working on it.

The costs for designing a new model is quite phenominal, so I don't think we are going to see a new designed Juke for at least five years. Ok, there will more than likely be some changes to the present Juke, such as new grill, a few changes to the interior (dash layout etc), maybe a slightly different rear end and maybe a sunroof/moonroof option.
Like any new model, you don't get new designs every couple of years or so. Take the Micra for instance. For the past five years, the shape has basically stayed the same, but it has seen slight changes each year.
The QQ has been revamped with a nicer front end than the first model which was introduced three years ago, so don't expect the Juke to change too much over the nextcouple of years. But I think we are going to see somemore small crossovers coming from other manufacturers over the next couple of years. I think Vauxhall have something on the drawing board and maybe Ford will also jump on the bandwagon with a similar design.
The era of the wedge shaped hatchback is beginning to get a bit stale, with most manufacturers looking for something different. I think that the crossover is becoming more popular with its higher driving position, compactness and more macho image than the ordinarytype Focus, Fiesta, Astra, Corsa, Golf shaped cars, which all look pretty much the same. Even theBMW Minni is starting to get boring. But I think Nissan have been quite bold by introducing the QQ and the Juke and have set the standards forthe shape of cars to come, in the small to medium sized car market.Edited by: Geoff_Juke

Trouble with Ford thou is they change to often and stop making great models.......

Some examples - The Cosworth, Puma, RS Brand..... Remember the Escort of Focus RS.
The XR family.... 2, 3i & 4.
I know cars move on but the can use these classic names in today's model.

and just to save Tc posting..... The Tickford Capri

And they say the Juke is ugly! Not compared to that Fiesta based crossover which deks posted.
I don't like the body side protectors, they look yuk. Still the same front end of the Focus/Fiesta. And really it doesn't have the beefiness of the Juke.
I know Vauxhall are supposed to be bringing one out in 2013 and as deks has said, others will follow.

Well it's no use getting all excited at the moment, just enjoy your Jukes as they are. Maybe when I am due to change mine in three years time, I might have the latest Juke again, depending on how I feel with this one or what else appears on the market, in the same sort of car. Somemore colours might be interesting though! Edited by: Geoff_Juke
