I noticed on the major service from nissan, they change the fuel filter for the diesel. Looking at doing the service myself but haven't been able to get any confirmation on the location of the fuel filter on a 2014 diesel.

I have found conflicting things about changing the fuel filter and pump where the tank is located, whereas I actually assume the one in the service is located at the back right of the engine bay. Anyone advice or guides available?

make sure you prime the filter with fuel or a cleaner after you have striped it down to change filter, then make sure you build it all (back together) before starting
