Hi all

Like to take my 1.6 petrol Acenta onto rough gravel tracks, when I get to the "spinning" stage she cuts out, especially in first gear.......any thoughts?

Additionally, in the snow over winter, when I accelerated a little too boldly, she used to cut out and stall also, again in first gear!

Thanx

i think that has something to do with the traction control or what ever else they call

have occasionally seen the loss of traction emblem flash up on my dash

Yes and no, stalling is the ultimate traction control but a bit over the top, you might want to tryto recreate the fault(?!) and talk to Nissan.

This is just the traction control restricting power to the relevant wheels to stop them spinning, hence keeping traction. Not sure if you can turn it off in the Juke, probably can somehow...?
