Nice to report good service.
Since receiving my Juke two weeks ago I've had calls from my dealer's sales manager, general manager and Nissan Customer Service.
All to check I'm happy with the car.

Hiya

I have had courtesy call from salesman, General manager on the day of pick upwished me luck and said THANKS for the business and Nissan Customer Service also phoned and were sent away with a flea in their ear!!

The General Manager came to talk to me during the handover, I told him that this forum had made me realise that the delay was with Nissan, not the Dealer. He thanked me for my understanding, but couldn't say too much as they are a Nissan owned dealership. The full tank of petrol they gave me to make up for the delay was very welcome, it gives me a free tank to "play" with the car before going all out on economy mode!
