Got told that they will investigate issue but it’s £150 if they find manufacturer fault they it under warrenty refund me the money , but if service not been done within year warrenty voided ? I have not had a service on it as not done 12,000 miles yet so where do I stand ?

The service is normally 12,000 OR a year which ever comes first. So as you haven’t reached 12,000 miles it should have been serviced at a year old.

They normally say 12k miles or 12 months. Then if you drive plenty of miles in say 10 months they make money out you still and if you only drive a few miles at the 12 month mark they still make money out of you.
