Hi all,
I’ve got a 2017 plate manual 1.5 diesel Juke which has done 37,000 miles. Recently it started whining. We took it to our Nissan dealer who took a look, changed the gearbox oil but said there was nothing wrong with it.
We’ve had it looked at by an independent mechanic who took it for a spin and within 3 seconds said that the gearbox bearings are shot. Waiting on a couple of quotes, but I think it’s going to be eye-wateringly expensive.
Has anyone else had an issue with gearbox bearings on a car with ONLY 37k on the clock?
