So I've got a 2011 juke turbo. Starter went out. So I swapped it out. Now the car won't turn on. I get no dash lights or hvac. Radio works, nav works, all lights work. The little light for the brake switch for starting comes on. It won't go off when I press the pedal. (I replaced that just now) but basically the vehicle won't go into"on" position. Its like it's only in acc position. This reading u1001 and u1000 codes in the engine and trans ecu. No bad fuses. I can read all the engine and trans sensors in my scanner. But no dash and no start. I'm pulling my hair out

Hi
Did you disconnect the battery as it sound like one of the main fuses on the actual positive battery post under the red plastic protective cap have blown easy enough to check
Hope this helps

Try a jump start. I had something a bit similar which turned out to be a weak battery. New battery fitted and all good.

The second digit (either 0 or 1) relates to whether it’s a general issue (0) or a manufacturer specific problem (1), while the third corresponds to the specific system with the issue, such as the ignition, and can be either a number or letter.
