Sorry if anyone is having a snack / lunch while looking at the forumSick Dont read on!!
My little girl thought it would be a good idea the other day to spray her previous meal of spag bol and a cup of tea around the rear of our clean black & red cloth / velour interior Juke.Shocked Censored Reminded me of the Exorcist just more scary as it was in our JUKECry
OMG ..- have got it mostly clean just need some info on getting residue from the red cloth part of the seat as it seems to have become part of the fabric - Yuk - have used 2 tins of upholstrey cleaner so far.... any help would be great (all those with leather are now feeling just a little smug!!LOL)
Thanks guys and sorry if it was a little too much information.

When it dries completely it may be vacuum-cleanable.

Good luck!

Oh dear. What cleaner have you used? Autoglym do a very good cleaner called high foam (or somethings like that) It might be worth a try. Good job it's cold at the moment, it'll help keep the smell to a minimum!!

Hope your daughter is feeling better!!

Some tips that might help (not tried them myself):

Create a liquid paste with baking soda and rub into carpet. Allow to dry and then vacuum up. You may need to wipe up with a wet cloth any remaining baking soda after vacuuming.

If you don't like the wet method, try sprinkling dry baking soda into the stain, letting it sit for a while to absorb the odor, then vacuum.

White Vinegar:
White vinegar is wonderful for sterilizing surfaces from bacteria and removing odors all while being totally safe around your babies.

For your furniture or carpet, dilute vinegar in cold water and put into a spray bottle. A couple teaspoons per cup of water is plenty. Spray evenly onto area of vomit and gently rub in with a cloth. After it dries, vacuum the area. It may smell like vinegar for a few hours afterwards, but don't worry, it goes away by itself.

Lemon:
Lemon juice is great for neutralizing odors, but be forewarned that it does have a bleaching quality to it. Test it on an inconspicuous piece of carpet to test it first. If it is safe to proceed, dilute a lemon with equal parts of water. Spray onto the offensive area and vacuum after dry.

Bicarbonate of soda. gets rid of any smell and it's cheap and clean, sprinkle it on and leave for half hour then hoover it off.

hmmm as a cabbie years ago i encountered this on a few occasions (drunken clubbers) , the trick is get it off before it soaks into the foam and carpet underlay , i had to completely replace the carpet and undelay in my sierra sapphire after it soaked through and the smell remained for 2 months despite all my efforts to remove the stench until i eventually gave in and had it replaced, the £50 fine i charged didnt come close to covering the cost Angry , maybe the alchohol in it didnt help and hope your is sorted a lot easier

Go to a good car detailing shop and ask if they have an extractor.

Something like this:
