Juke 1.5 Dci Tenka service schedule

I'm intending to buy a 2014 Tenka with 32000 on the clock. When I looked at the service book only a minor service had been done after 20 months with 21,200 on the clock (no itemised sheet of work specified) and another minor service by the dealer 5 days ago at 32000. When I asked today about what the service schedule was and when a major service needed to be done I couldn't get a straight answer. The warranty is up in 8 months. Is the warranty valid if it hasn't been serviced as it should and what should I be demanding of the dealer? I'm a novice at this! Please help.

Juke Service schedule

To clarify the above- the dealer was evasive about what the service schedule should be for the car. I've been unable to find an owner's manual online for the UK and Nissan customer services told me to ring the dealer. Surely it's not part of the official secrets act.

First service 12,500 miles or 12 months, whichever is the sooner - minor
Second service 25,000 miles or 24 months, whichever is the sooner - major
Third service 37,500 miles or 36 months, whichever is the sooner -minor
Fourth service 50,000 miles or 48 months, whichever is the sooner - major

So with 32,000 miles on the clock your car should have had a minor service at 12 months and a major service at 23 months.
It has not had these, so if you have any issues before the warranty expires Nissan would want to see the service record to confirm that it has been applied properly.
You can't provide this information so you either take your chances (I wouldn't) or look for another car.
