ECO Score - how to maximise?

Hi - I have a 2013 Juke with Connect2 and the ECO Score confuses me. "Accelerating" and "Decelerating" are logical enough - do either too quickly and your ECO Score goes down. But "Drive" is my consistently lowest score, even when I use cruise control and drive on B roads. Moving the drive mode from Sport to Normal to Eco seems to have no effect either.

I live in Denmark, so the user manual is in Danish and it is extremely poorly translated and "spell-checked". To increase the "Drive" score, it says I have to either coast - drive without the motor engaged, which I think increases the risk of being unable to manoeuvre successfully out of trouble - or to drive in "free Christmas" mode, which I take to be a typo.

I can't find the correct Nissan Connect Manual online; it's all US English or French-Canadian versions that lack the ECO Score. Do any of you have the recommended procedures or habits to use to increase ECO Score in your UK manuals? Care to share?
